Wood walked on for decades.
A solid wood floor can be sanded and refinished many times: it lasts for decades and improves with use. We make it in hardwoods, chosen for the traffic of the space, and install it with our own team.
We made the tzalam floor at Casa La Loma in Oaxaca, together with its paneling and kitchen. It is not laminate: it is solid wood, made to measure for each project.

Which wood is best for a floor?
For high traffic, katalox or granadillo; oak and tzalam work very well in homes. We choose it by use and the tone you are after.
Can a wood floor be renewed?
Yes. A solid wood floor can be sanded and refinished several times over its life.
