A chair is the hardest-working piece of furniture: it carries weight, gets dragged and moves all day. That is why its joinery, sections and seat are designed to last, especially in a restaurant.
We have made tzalam chairs for Bacanora restaurant, chairs for Criollo and macuil chairs with palm seats for Casa Antonieta; the seats are woven by Oaxacan artisans we work with.

How much does a solid wood chair cost?
As a reference, a solid wood dining chair runs MXN 8,000 to 15,000 before VAT and freight, depending on design, wood and seat.
Do you make restaurant chairs?
Yes, in runs of 4 to 50 identical pieces. Before making the run we build a prototype to fine-tune comfort and finish.
Can they have palm seats?
Yes. The palm seats are hand-woven by Oaxacan artisans we work with.
